This is the first Incubator work from the Ffynnon Collective Initiative and the first in working purely with dance & movement. Aleksandra Jones has developed “Metamorfoza” as a working methodology and has been engaged by Theatr Ffynnon and Ffynnon Collective’s Director Patricia O’Sullivan to develop the work of “Metarmorfoza” with a group of participants from Theatr Ffynnon members.

Metamorfoza is the metaphor for a participative creative journey through ‘context oriented dance.’

This first showcase forms part of Theatr Ffynnon’ s new initiative, Ffynnon Collective, which has, at the very heart of it, the belief that active participation in creative expression improves mental, physical and emotional health and well-being, as well as contributes to both personal and professional development and growth.
