Pupa

Friday 20th & Saturday 21 May @ 8pm

Chapter Stiwdio, Cardiff

“Pupa”

Following our successful dance/movement piece Larvae, in July 2015, “Pupa is  our next piece and our 3rd phase of our 4 phase projects Metamorfoza. Where “Larvae” focused on our youth and pubescence, the struggle and conflict we sometimes feel internally as we figure out our initial place in this world.  “PUPA” is the stage we find ourselves at as adults where certain decisions regarding friendship, family and relationships have been created, nurtured and nourished.

“If you think it long and mad,
the wind of banners
that passes through my life,
and you decide
to leave me at the shore
of the heart where I have roots,
remember
that on that day,
at that hour,
I shall lift my arms
and my roots will set off
to seek another land.”

Poem “If you forget me” by Pablo Neruda

Both performances will be accessible with integrated.
BSL interpretation  and Audio Description.
